Fitness Class Schedule
- Classes start the week of May 1/2018
- Price: $10 for all 3 weekly classes or $3 drop in for tabata class, 3 drop in for core class, and $4 drop in for step class. Cash only payment to the instructor
- Classes are open to anyone and are suitable for any fitness level
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start of class

Tabata - Mondays from 9:00 am - 9:30 am
Tabata is a HITT (high intensity interval training) style, full body workout that will increase your hear rate and strengthen your whole body. This will be a great workout, perfect for kick starting your week. We will utilize our body weight and equipment such as bands and free weights.
CORE - Wednesday from 9:15 am - 9:45 am
This class will focus on strengthening your core muscles as well as training your balance. A strong core will transcend and improve all other movements you do in your daily life.
Step - Fridays from 9:00 am - 9:30 am
In this class we will utilize a step to improve overall body strength and conditioning. We will use our body weight and equipment such as bands and free weights.
Spin & Pump with Mya Lamb
Work up a sweat in this fun and exciting new 30 minute class led by Mya Lamb. Sign up sheets are at the gym & you must sign up 24 hrs prior to start of class.
