Benefits of Membership

  • We have the lowest rates in town. Plus, we don't charge enrolment fees! All you pay is your membership fee!
  • We will match any monthly rate or any special from any other gym in Cranbrook.
  • We are a family-run gym, so you will always feel welcome.
  • Free custom workout programs with each 6 month and 1 year membership.
  • Access to over 20 pieces of cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, steppers and bikes (recumbent, spinning and upright).
  • Dumbbells in 2½ lb. and 5 lb. increments from 2½ lbs. to 140 lbs.
  • Free weight and hammer strength workout areas.
  • Tanning bed with special tanning rates for members.
  • Change rooms with showers, lockers available for rent.

Rate Information

  • All memberships are subject to 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
  • Corporate membership rates are available to those who qualify.
  • Family rates consist of one couple and one child, under 21 years of age and residing in the same household as the parent(s).
  • Student memberships are for high school and college students. You must provide valid student identification.
  • Adult, student, family, corporate and drop-in rates do not include tanning.
