CORE Training

Mondays, 9:30 am for Ladies CORE & 10:00 am  for Mens CORE -  Instructor: Jodie
This class is good for someone wanting a more intesnse workout, and be ready to sweat.  We will start with some cardio and add in some basic kickboxing moves on the floor and steps.  Great for CORE and all over strength.  

Spinning Bike

Wednesday 9 am - Instructor: Jari-lyn
Spinning is an indoor aerobic conditioning program utilizing stationary exercise bikes. This program is great for intense cardio training.

Interval Training

Tuesdays, 9 am - Instructor: Jodie
This class alternates between cardio and CORE/resistance exercises.  We will use the steps, bands, weights and the floor.  Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

Cardio Kick-Boxing, Superfit and CORE

Thursdays, 9:00 am , 5:00 pm  & 6:pm - Instructor: Jodie
9 am - Beginners Cardio Kick-Boxing.  5 pm - Superfit.  6 pm Mens CORE
