This class alternates between cardio and CORE/resistance exercises.  We will use the steps, bands, weights and the floor.  Suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

Spin & Pump

 Monday and Wednesday, 0530 am, Thursday, 1000 am - Instructor:  Greta
Spinning is an indoor aerobic conditioning program utilizing stationary exercise bikes.  This program is great for intense cardio and some weight training.
